The implementation of the collectivize strategy of travel agency is the result of the development of China's travel agency industry. It is also the result of the social work dividing, the cooperation specialization, the net work service and the fierce competition of the tourism market. This strategy can bring us the economies of scale and the economies of scope. It can save the transactions costs, and win the advantages of diversified and monopolized operation. So many cases happened successfully in recent years, and accelerate the development of those travel agencies.
