With the rapid development of China's economy,China's tourism industry has shown a rapid development trend.There are many opportunities for the development of travel agencies,but challenges and threats exist.Therefore,based on the study of the development strategy of Xilinguole Blue Travel Agency and the application of excellent strategic management theory to the development of Blue Travel Agency,it is the most important theoretical significance of this paper.In this paper,PEST analysis,SWOT analysis and Porter's competitive strategy theory and other management theories are used,combined with empirical,qualitative and quantitative research methods to study the development strategy of the blue trip.Through the study of the internal and external environment of Tangshan Airline,it is of great significance to explore how to formulate the development strategy of travel agency and how to carry out the enterprise strategy effectively.In the study of blue tourism development strategy,first,from the external macro environment,the use of PEST analysis from political and legal environment,economic environment,social and cultural factors and population,technology environment four aspects;Secondly,the use of Porter The paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the blue tour,and establishes SWOT matrix analysis table of the blue trip,and analyzes the internal environment factors of the blue trip by the five-force model.Thirdly,through the SWOT analysis method,Based on the strategy of blue tour,the author puts forward the safeguard measures of the implementation of blue tourism development strategy.Finally,based on the blue strategy,the author puts forward some suggestions on the development of blue tourism development strategy,such as the competition strategy and the concrete implementation strategy.In the above theoretical exploration and practice research,this paper reflects some innovative research achievements in the following aspects: First,make the blue tour to establish the strategic consciousness of advance;the second is to determine the more operational strategic objectives;The establishment of a comprehensive strategic system as far as possible,and focus on training the core competitiveness of travel agencies.
