On The Construction Of Chinese Government Commercial Credit

In some senses, government credit is the base of social credit system. It is the government's responsibility to build favorable environment for the development of economy and society , especially in the process of the growing and developing for the socialistic market economy in our country.To perform the function of social management, the government's action can be subdivided into the administrative action who exercised public right as a governor and the commercial action who operated on the basis of market as a participator. Correspondingly government credit can be divided into government power credit and government commercial credit which exercised direct influence on the building of the market economy and social credit systems. How to transform government's function , confine its action into a reasonable , legal limit and promote as well as perfect the fair market economy order is the emphasis of this article.During the transforming period, loosing faith especially for the commercial action of our government is serious, which is very harmful for the market economy and our government itself.
