The Study On The Enterprises' Property Mortgaged Loan Of Commercial Bank

The thesis's theme is the performance of the enterprises' PML, focusing on the risk control of the commercial bank. The thesis tries to set up the effective risk control mechanism of enterprises' PML for the commercial bank through the combination of the author's practice and theory research. The final purpose is to build up the mutual trustful, beneficial, win-win cooperation relationship between the enterprises and the commercial bank. And the thesis structure as follows:The first chapter introduces the enterprises' PML briefly. Firstly, the thesis explains what is the so-called enterprises' PML in detail, and takes the variety comparison in addition. Secondly, the thesis analyses the enterprises' PML many advantages, which leads to the prosperity in the enterprises' loan business of the commercial bank.The second, third and fourth chapters describe the complete approval program of enterprises' PML. The second and third chapters are about the approval and related risk control of the mortgaged property and comprehensive repayment ability respectively, which are the two focuses of the complete enterprises' PML approval course. Based on the former two chapters, the fourth chapter elaborates the complete approval program of the enterprises' PML----including the assessment of the borrower's qualification, the completion of the formal application report, the approval of the application report and the PML contract conclusion, the bank account opening and the final drawdown.The fifth chapter is about the existing enterprises' PML management, from the perspective of the current risk management of the commercial bank. The thesis introduces the current risk firstly. Then, two effective measures used to prevent the commercial bank current risk are described----the suitable amount decision of the commercial bank preparation fund and the launch of so-called MBS.
