A Study On Constructing Of Scenic Spots Of Pudong New Area

Along with the rapid development of our society and economy and with the constant enhancement of the people's living standards, tourism has gradually become one of the most important components of our people's daily life and also been one of the most important contents of many domestic areas in developing and improving their local economy. As the spatial carrier of the tourism activities, the scenic spot is the most important foundation of the each area in developing its tourism industry and also the core element to attract the tourists. Presently, many provinces and cities of our country have made tourism industry as the important industry or pillar industry of the local economy. Therefore, how to reasonably and properly construct the scenic spot has already become the focal point of the governments, the managers and the scholars of our country.As the experimental site and window of our country's Reform and Opening-up policy in 1990s, Pudong New Area didn't have a good foundation in developing tourism industry at the very beginning. But today, Pudong New Area has been one of the most important components of the Shanghai urban tourism and shared a very high market reputation. The achievement obtained by the Pudong New Area during the past decade is extremely great, while it is mostly due to the constructing of the scenic spot. Therefore, based on the tourists' data received by the scenic spots of Pudong New Area during the previous 15 years and according to requests of the Tourism Resources Allocation Theory, the paper firstly analyzed construction time characteristics, the layout characteristics as well as the type structure characteristics of the scenic spots of Pudong New Area. Secondly it used the tourists' data to check up whether the construction of scenic spots of Pudong New Area was reasonable. Then it analyzed the influence factors to the construction of the scenic spots of Pudong New Area and disclosed the main problems exited. At last it gave several suggestions according to the requests of Resource Allocation Theory for the better development of Pudong New Area's scenic spots and its tourism industry.Using Resource Allocation Theroy to study the previous 15-year's constructing process...
