Research On The Strategies To The Active Use Of The Fringe Area Of The Urban Scenic Spot

At the influence of the market economic and the urbanization, the scenic spot is now facing the shock that has never faced before, however, the scenic spots, which closely related with the city space and others, are faced the most serious impact. Nowadays, the urban scenic spots are now facing the problem of"passive protection"and"unreasonable development", which made the outer and inner area of the scenic spot are both bothered by the urbanization: the center space of the scenic spots are continuously transform, and the outer area is now facing the danger of deterioration. In fact, the fringe area of the scenic spot are the first dependence of the scenic spot, which is important to the protection of the scenic spot, because, if there are no fringe area, the core of the scenic spot is hard to protected. Meanwhile, because of the problem of the lackness of the city park and the decline of its quality, the urban scenic spot fringe, with its good natural and cultural landscape, will play an important role in the recreation spaces for the citizen.The thesis studies the characteristic, the typology and the impact to the urban area of the urban scenic spot's fringe area, and then analyzes the main contradiction of the fringe area, meanwhile finds the inner reason and outer resin of the problem. The outer reasons are the economic and society influence, including the influence from urbanization and urban strategic, and the inner reason is the misunderstanding of the nature and function of the fringe area. Basing on these analyse, the author puts forward the problem to deal with the contradiction, and satisfies the needs of the society, and finally finds a way to coordinates the development of the city and scenic spot, which is active use of the fringe area of the scenic spot under the precondition of protection.The thesis put forwards the strategies and the principles to the active use of the fringe area of the scenic spot. Hoping these principle and strategic will change the awkward situation of the scenic spot and its fringe area, and make the fringe to be recreational and ecological area of the city, at the same time promote the harmony and both-siding development.At last, these strategic and the principle are practised in the case of the urban scenic spot's fringe area of Donghu scenic spot in Wuhan city.
