Rresource crisis and environment pollution worldwide have been global hot spot problems. Man's existence and development confront severe challenge. The root of these problems is enterprise's "high participation high consumption low proficiency" in industrial economy era. So these enterpriser's development has dual pressures that are resource shortage and environment pollution. How to relieve excess dependence on resource ,lessen destruction for environment and keep enterprise continuous development have been an important task that whether enterprise can deal with the relationship between enterprise development and resource and environment properly.This is the subject of Jilin Province "Jilin population development and the social, economic, natural resources, environment, a number of major research relationship" a topic, focusing on strategies for sustainable development from the enterprise stated.The dissertation poses continuous development thought first, then set forth the meaning of continuous development and its theory. The dissertation set the importance of the relationship between resource and environment and industrial enterprise continuous development ,analyse present conditions of resource and environment and industrial enterprise development in JiLin Province, analyse resource and environment influence on industrial enterprise continuous development, pose that if enterprise want to develop more quickly and better, it must take effective measure, change manufacture model, protect ecology environment ,carry out clean manufacture and economy cycling .In the end the dissertation set forth corresponding measure for industrial enterprise continuous development in JiLin Province.
