While global economic growth has slowed down these days, China’s economy keeps a steady advance. There are lots of factors behind this status quo and the role of construction industry cannot be neglected. Construction industry is always the focus of social and economic problems, such as resources, environment, urbanization, employment, economic growth, especially has a close relationship with economic development, resources and environment. In recent years, the relationship between construction industry and economic development has caused wide public concern, and high consumption of resources and environment in construction industry has also attracted more and more attention. Therefore, correctly handling the balance relationship and promoting the coordinated development among construction industry, economy and resources and environment has become one of the most important subjects that needs to be studied and solved at present.The 30 provinces in China has been considered as research object, as well as to avoid a single year of special and grasp the dynamic evolution law of construction industry –economic–resources&environment in recent years, the data in recent 9 years of time span from 2005 to 2013 is selected and analyzed.Firstly, under the basis of system summary and review elaborates on mutually relationship researches results at home and abroad about the construction industry and economy, resources, environment, coordination mechanism of construction industry –economic–resources&environment is discussed and evaluation index system is established. Quantitative methods such as variation coefficient method, linear weighted sum method is used to calculate the overall development level of construction industry, the overall level of economic development and resources&environment quality level. Under this basis and combine with the coordinated development degree model, 30 provinces’ coordinated development degree of construction industry–economic–resources&environment is measured.Secondly, the measure results are analysed and evaluated. The analysis is carried out from the whole of China, six regions and 30 provinces from 2005 to 2013. The time and spatial evolution of the overall development level of construction industry, the overall level of economic development, resources&environment quality level and coordinated development degree of construction industry–economic–resources&environment is discussed. Its changing trend is explored and its spatial distribution characteristics is analysed, in order to provide reference for the decision of the healthy and sustainable development of construction industry-economy- resources&environment system.Finally, on the basis of base data of coordinated development degree of construction industry–economic–resources&environment in China’s 30 provinces from 2008 to 2012, the grey predicition model GM(1,1) is used to forecast the coordinated development degree in future 5 years. And then the analysis is carried out from the whole of China, six regions and 30 provinces, in order to explore the development trend of construction industry–economic –resources&environment system entirely.
