The Public Document's Contexts Disquisition

Public document is the product of people's social practi(?)e which is produced for dealing with different affairs or conveying the intention of the writer . Context is one of the most important factors in expressing the meaning of public document. So writing public document usually accompanied by kinds of contexts. The context of public documents have two types: broad sense and narrow sense. In broad sense ,the context of public document is composed of explicit context and complicit contex(?). Of them ,explicit contexts includes social political system, economic system, culture and custom background, way of thinking etc. Which implicit context plays more important rule for the public document writing. According to its different direction of writing and each has its character. On the context of public document, on one hand, public documents of different direction have the same character for applying; on the other hand, they have their own peculiar characters. Only when it apples to certain context, can it be a successful public document which expressed well as it was expected.
