The Study On Supply Chain Alliance Based On The Symbiosis Theory

With the economic globalization and rapid development of information technology, the market competition becomes increasingly severe. More and more enterprises have realized that it is difficult to cope with this situation only relying on their own resources, rare enterprises are able to complete the value-added processes of entire value chain independently. Competition between individual enterprise and individual enterprise no longer exists, having been replaced by confrontation between the overall strength of supply chain and supply chain. Supply Chain Alliance broke the existing structure of the value chain, reengineered and optimized products, customers, technology and other resources. Therefore, this new cooperation model of enterprise, Supply Chain Alliance (SCA), becomes one of the most important management strategies leading enterprise to success, and is considered as the evolutional mainstream of the future enterprise organizational form.The study on Supply Chain Alliance in domestic is still in the introduction phase. Enterprises applied SCA are very rare. Therefore, the study on Supply Chain Alliance has an important significance and value. From theoretical research perspective, this thesis researches Supply Chain Alliance using the symbiosis theory from biological sciences creatively and other traditional theories, thereby drawing some new thinking, new methods, new approaches, which lay the foundations for deeper theoretical research; from the perspective of practical applications, the study on environment, energy exchange, the interaction between enterprises, dynamic stability and interests distribution of Supply Chain Alliance, contributes to enhance their capabilities of competing and stability.
