With the economic globalization and rapid development of computer informationtechnology, consumers'demand become more and more diversification andpersonalized, Enterprises are facingvarious pressure of increasing development speed, reducing product delivery time, improving quality. In this case, individual enterpriseshave been difficult to obtain all the comparative advantage of its resources.Advancedenterprises seek to establish a value chain for increasing consumers'value with theirupstream and downstream. They try to make their benefits maximum by raising thischain's value. Thus, market competition has not only competition between enterprises, but between value chain and value chain. Supply chain alliance is a new type ofstrategic organizations. In the new competitive environment, Supply Chain Allianceconsists of enterprises which are based on win-win concept by strengthening theircore competitive power through commitment, trust, and contractual. Supply ChainAlliance broke the existing structure of the value chain, reengineered and optimizedproducts, customers, technology and other resources, and it is considered as theevolutional mainstream of the future enterprise organizational form. The study on Supply Chain Alliance in domestic is still in the initial stage, andthe company's actual operations are used very little. Therefore, the study on SupplyChain Alliance has an important theoretical and practical significance. At present, thestudy on Supply Chain Alliance is most from the perspective of resource theory, transaction cost theory, repeated game theory, value chain theory, agency theory. Inrecent years, some experts attempt to studysociological issues from the perspective ofnatural science. This article introduced the symbiotic theoryin the biological sciences, study the stability of the supply chain alliance through the perspective of thesymbiotic theory, analysis on the factors which can influence on supply chainalliance's stability. Then this article identifies and assesses risks of symbiotic systemof supply chain alliance, and brings up some new ways of interest distribution. Theseways ensure interest can be distributed fairly and reasonable between the enterprises,so relationship between enterprises in the supply chain alliance can be consolidated. In a sense, the process of Supply Chain Alliance operating is a co-existenceprocess. The enterprises which consist of Supply Chain Alliance are symbiosis unitsin the symbiosis system. Relationship of the interaction and cooperation of betweenenterprises in Supply Chain Alliance is symbiotic relationship. The macro-politicaland economic environment which Supply Chain Alliance is to be in is the symbiosisenvironment. Member enterprises have the information and fund and the technicaltransmission unceasingly with the external environment, create new symbiosis energythrough each other's interaction.During symbiosis process whether its own state of Supply Chain Alliancesymbiotic system or symbiotic relationship of enterprises in Supply Chain Alliancesymbiotic system constantly vary and develop, in other words, are dynamic, relativestability. From the symbiotic behavior of view, Supply Chain Alliance includesparasitism, commensalisms and mutualism. This paper describes the stability analysisof four kinds of symbiosis systems, and discussed the environmental risk andstructural risk which can affect stability of Supply Chain Alliance symbiosis system. In the supply chain alliance, its efficiency and stability are weakened because ofasymmetric information or unreasonable allocation mechanism. Therefore, to design areasonable contract is very important to consolidate supply chain alliance's long-termstability and development. On this basis, and from the degree of risk probability andrisk endangering both the supply chain alliance proposed risk assessment modelsymbiotic system. Supply Chain Alliance on the symbiotic system of risk control, toachieve control risk, improve stabilitypurposes. In a word, symbiosis energy distribution of Supply Chain Alliance is thatsymbiosis energy is distributed among participants, which influence the stability ofSupply Chain Alliance. The symbiotic energy of Supply Chain Alliance will betransformed into information energy, funds energy and material energy with differentproportion, which grow coordinately helps to stable development of Supply ChainAlliance. This paper based on shapley-value model, study the coalition partners in thecoalition operations risk, from the Union, the probability of risk events, risk eventsand losses caused by such factors as investment partners, the risks of partner companies to quantify the symbiosis theory and risk allocation theory combiningorganic and that the symbiotic alliance in the supply chain system should be based ondifferent risks in different member companies, the establishment of risk allocationadjustment function, in order to achieve more efficient energydistribution system. The general structure of this paper is as follows: The first chapter is based on theliterature in the reading of the summary results of previous studies to explain thecurrent supply chain risk research in the field of Union research perspective andresearch results; The second chapter is a summary of the relevant theory , includingthe theory of supply chain alliances, risk management theory and the symbiotic theory, and the text used to define the concept; Chapter is symbiotic Supply Chain AllianceSystem, Supply Chain Alliance proposed the existence of equilibrium conditions forthe symbiotic system and the SupplyChain Alliance symbiotic existence value system, that is to enhance the efficiency of the overall cooperation; fourth chapter, firstdescribed the symbiotic system of supply chain alliance instability theory, thefollowing is a symbiotic system of supply chain alliance risk identification and riskanalysis ; chapter point from the distribution of benefits described in the supply chainalliance symbiotic system of risk aversion, proposed measures; The sixth chapter is asummaryof the full text studies and prospects.
