The investment and financing system is a major component of the national economy, which has significant impact on the national economic growth and development. In western countries the investment and financing system is the important component of its developed market-oriented economy. While it is different in operating the investment and financing systems, they are all based on the effective functioning of the marketing, so as to give full play to the regulating role of the market in investment and fully bring the investment into the legal operating system. Consequently, they have high investment efficiency. Development of these countries during the transition period of economic growth hinges on the formation of appropriate mechanisms of production factors.
