The Research On The Deduction Rate Of China's Bankcard Industry

The development of bankcard industry is sure to exert profound influences on all of the national economy. As an important field to promote the middleman business of commercial banks, China's bankcard industry has experienced more than twenty years' development. Our consumers have gradually been accustomed to using bankcards instead of cash payment. With China's fully opening up to the foreign financial market after 2006, the local bankcard industry will encounter a rare growing opportunity, which will play a strategic role on the domestic economy.In recent years, though China's bankcard industry has come through fast development as well as a potential trend, still there emerged a few problems. Many local commerce stores refuse consumers' using of bankcards as a useful payment way, with the excuse of suffering a too high deduction rate. If we neglect this kind of phenomena without a thorough analysis and research, it will become an obstacle against the local bankcard's sound progress. It is in this view that the author chooses the bankcard industry as her research aspect and carries out a series of studies, using the knowledge of finance, industrial economy as well as game theory and hoping these studies could merit some of references for the further and sustainable development of China's bankcard industry.This dissertation is divided into seven parts. Chapter 1 briefly introduces the study value, the creative concept as well as a classification of the related domestic and international researches, which has made a solid ground for the later presentation.
