Risk Management Of The BOT Project Of The National Indoor Stadium

BOT, or BUILD-OPERATE-TRANSFER, is a kind of financing in the infrastructure construction between government and private capital. It is a considerable way of financing in China because there are large-scale constructions and the private capital needs an effective way of investment. Therefore it is important to analysis the possible risks of BOT financing, and to find some effective solutions to the risks.In the article, the author divides the risks of BOT projects into two parts—controllable and uncontrollable, gives his own opinion on the risk management of the National Indoor Stadium. The National Indoor Stadium is one of the BOT projects for 2008 Beijing Olympics.
