Land subsidence and its secondarydisasters has caused great impact in economic and ecological environment in Tianjin.Particularly, people and econom ic in downt own are active, historical cum ulativesubsidence and subsidence disaster loss are more serious.The article discuss the m ain factors of urban land subsidence in T ianjin, toproduce the subsidence mechanism and various factors proportion of different areas,the landform of T ianjin was found settlem ent risk present situation, the spacedistribution and the new trend of future development, provide technical basis forurban land subsidence in Tianjin management, make sure that economic developmentsteadly.The article adopts the m ethod of sub-regional accounting settlement influencefactors respectively, according to the distri bution of subsidence factor is dif ferent,divided downtown into four areas, respectively. Using actual leveling data along withthe monitoring results and some factors layer quantitative calculation method, causeanalysis. To list the subsidence factor accounts for a percentage share in the region.According to the result of the existing settlement and the forecast, the article putforward the corresponding management and research proposal.
