Athome and abroad a large number of geotechnical slope instability or sliding shoe see not fresh,to the national construction and people’s life and property security caused serious loss anddamage, has become a global geological disasters. Therefore, to establish scientific andrational high slope monitoring, early warning mechanism is particularly important. In thispaper, the author on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the traditional monitoringmethods, according to actual participation in high slope monitoring project, study on highslope monitoring programme. Including the choice of benchmark network coordinate system,the benchmark net shape selection and layout, benchmark stability analysis method, etc.; Inaddition, this article synthetically monitoring net shape selection and layout, the selection ofmonitoring network monitoring method, the processing of monitoring data analysis and themethods of improving the quality of the observation that; Finally, put forward to GPS faststatic monitoring method, the high precision level measurement and the combination of deephorizontal displacement of soil slope monitoring plan, the monitoring scheme is verified inthe actual implementation of the feasibility, reliability, and the scientific nature. Summarizingpractical experience, to the actual problems in the process of engineering, scientific solutionsand reasonable suggestions, in order to help readers engaged in related work.(1) the high slope monitoring datum net of monitoring solution.
