With the widespread application of3D geological modeling and visualizationtechnology in mining industry,"digital mine" has become the future direction ofthe miningindustry development, in order to speed up the "digital mine"Hedong mine constructionpace, the software Surpac is adopted, the East MineGeological Prospecting survey data anddrilling data, in-depth study and application construction of three-dimensional digitalmodel. The main research contents and results are as follows:1) Surpac depth study of3D mining software, the Surpac software in theapplicationand research status of domestic research, analysis and application status at home andabroad of the3D software, then explains the importance of establishing "digital mine".2) In order to make the original geological data with Surpac software of3D digitalmodeling needs, the geological data of all the digital processing,construction of vectordiagram.3)3D geological database is the basis and prerequisite for construction of the3Dvisualization of mineral deposits. The establishment of a database structureappropriatesuch, then according to the structure of the database collation of borehole data, finally toimport the data into the database after finishing, Surpac software tool is used to build theEast Mine Geological data.4) According to the actual situation of Hedong coal mine, the coal seam withdesignentity Hedong mine construction process, the entity modeling of coal seam, which will laythe foundation for building block model. Establish entitymodel, can realize the3Dvisualization, volume calculations, arbitrary orientation and direction of cutting section andother functions.5) Through the establishment of coal entity model well established eachseamcoordinate range, select the block size building block model of coal seam.Accordingto various attribute constraints, assignment by IDW, establish the restriction model different attributes of the coal seam. For example, constraintmodel of coal heat distributionand the distribution of sulfur content and so ondifferent conditions.6) A surface entity model can accurately understand the actual situation of the wholesurface of the mining area, the terrain display, can understand the impact of topography onthe corresponding position of the pressure in theunderground coal seam in a certain extent,and can understand the whole area of the living environment and the ecologicalenvironment. It is of great significance to the mine industry square location, design,location of coal preparation plant wellhead location choice.7) Position in coal seam roadway entity established model can accurately understandthe roadway, the roadway different effects can be marked in accordance with differentcolors. The staff will be on the ground and accurate understanding of the roadway in coalseam shape and position. It has some positive significance on the establishment of coalmine production design andexcavation plan.In this paper, through the Surpac3D mining software application of3D visualizationmodeling in the east ore deposit in, not only laid the foundation forconstruction of digitalimplementation of Hedong coal mine, but also haspositive effects on domestic coal minemodernization.
