3D geological modeling technique can not only make the geological data management,storage, display and analysis more convenient, also can understand the mining area geologicalphenomena and the3D distribution of underground mineralization geological body ikonic anddirectly. Hanyin Changgou gold deposit is one of the important gold mining area in southQinling Mountains gold ore belt in recent years,only through general geological methodssuch as trenching engineering to expose and drilling engineering to validate to study, lackingof visual3D geological model support, so this paper choses the3Dmine mining engineeringsoftware, base on the comprehensive analysis of the changgou gold deposit mineralizationbackground, geological characteristics and ore controlling structure, to establish a long goldmine3D geological model, achieving the orebody three-dimensional display, as well as theorebody and ductile shear zone spatial distribution, and making the detailed overview of theresearch process.This paper mainly studies the3Dmine mining software features and common modelingmethods, and Puts forward the model construction process. Based on this research:(1)researches different methods of data input, and building the changgou gold deposit areageological database;(2) studies and puts forward to set up the solid model of the flow chart,summarizes several methods to establish the complex geologic: coordinate transformation,add the control line, add partition lines, builds the changGou gold deposit area entity model;(3) researches and puts forward the construction of grade model flow chart, detailing thegrade model of the process, using inverse distance weighted method to estimate grade, andbuilt the changgou gold deposit area block model;(4) studies the principle of topographicmodeling, built the changGou gold depositarea terrain model.In the end the paper conducts a preliminary study about the application of3D geologicalmodel in the changGou gold deposit: facilitate dynamic management of geological data andprofile cutting; the statistic of reserves of resource management and evaluation of mineralresources are of great help; guide the prospecting engineering design and metallogenicprediction; convenient to determine borehole design, reasonable optimization for miningdesign; from No.28exploration line can be seen the orebody was born in schistosity zone orductile shear tectonic areas, reflecting the tectonic control mine mechanism.
