Multi-Payload observation Satellite (MPS) can make efficiently use of observationopportunities, and acquires abundant data of earth observation. MPS has beensuccessfully applied in practice, taking an increasingly important part in acquiring ofspatial information. The research of MPS has not been reported, leading to theintegrated management of it become difficult. MPS mission scheduling has been a newand in dire need of solution problems in aerospace field. The dissertation takes accountof characteristics of MPS, studies the key technologies of algorithm of time windows oftargets observation and mission scheduling, the main research can be concluded as thefollowing parts:1. A framework model of solving of MPS mission scheduling has been design.Start with workflow of MPS, The dissertation analyze problems of algorithm of timetindows of targets observation and mission scheduling,design a framework of staggeredsolving of discrete solution-centralized scheduling. The framework divides the satellitemission scheduling steps, puts each step into the discrete solution and centralizedscheduling, and provides a support framework for subsequent research.2. Focusing on characteristics of the process of MPS earth observation, calculatedalgorithm of time windows of targets observation. Analyzing the process of MPS accessto targets on the ground, we attribute it to decision problem of a moment the groundprojection of satellite sensor and the target area is overlapped or not. Focusing on thesolution of point targets, regional targets and moving targets three types of groundtargets type, and analyzing the major operational error. Based on it, make use of theparallel design and methods of efficiency optimization, to solve the problem oflarge-scale computing, and improve the efficiency of operation. The experiments showthat the method can effectively solve problems of algorithm of time tindows of MPStargets observation.3. Design method of mission scheduling for multi-speed of record and datatransmission. This dissertation analyzed the main features of process of imaging anddata transmission of MPS, summed up application characteristics of multi-speed ofrecord and data transmission of MPS. Building the model of mission scheduling, tosolve imaging tasks scheduling and data transmission tasks scheduling, proposedmethod for solving. Designed a simulation experiments to verify the correctness andvalidity of the method.
