In recent years, with the formation of the highway network in Guangdong Province, traffic volume increase. At the same time, due to the effect of long-term hightemperature, rainfall and the frequency of extreme weather phenomena increasing influenceprovincial highway extent of the damage is getting worse. Early damage which particularlyaffects the most prominent highway, mainly for water damage, high temperature rutting andstructural fatigue damage, etc., which caused great economic losses and social impacts.Previous studies the effects of climate on the highway workers have done a lot for thehighway has made some achievements, but the vast majority of these results are based on theimpact of climate change on the country road and carry on, but for the region Effects ofclimate change on the road undertaken and not comprehensive and in-depth. Among them, the study of the use of MEPDG software to establish suitable climate models in GuangdongProvince is still in the blank stage. MEPDG Climate Data Files This paper studies theacquired various regions of Guangdong Province, statistical analysis, and the main highwaypavement damaged districts to conduct research and collect, use research and data collectedon the main damage indicators for system analysis, the statistical analysis and disease datacollected for comparison, analysis of climate impact analysis and predictive analysis based onthe above findings on pavement performance, in order to establish Guangdong ProvinceMEPDG climate documents, and documents obtained MEPDG climate impact assessment onthe asphalt pavement indicators. This paper established three regional climate models, Guangdong Province (the PearlRiver Delta, western, eastern Guangdong), climate model considers the province’s hourlyclimate data provided by the weather station, including temperature, precipitation/snow,solar radiation, cloud cover, and wind speed and other factors. Use of pavement layertemperature and humidity conditions EICM provided in real-time calculation of hourlyduring the design and embankment and pavement layer material properties throughout thedesign life of the period estimated. In order to verify the suitability of climate models,Guangdong Province, Guangdong Province, this paper selected a representative section ofthe highway G105as an experimental verification section, the actual value of the G105withthe software from the measurement of segment K2491+224~K2495+500variety Pavementsite Estimated value of the analog comparison and contrast to establish fitting diagram(including the comparison chart longitudinal cracks, transverse cracks comparison chart, network diagram cracks contrast, the average rut depth comparison chart and pavement roughness comparison chart) selected for testing in this article MEPDG climate documentmodel to predict the feasibility of Guangdong Province pavement damage. Contrast fittingresults show that the model predicted values MEPDG climate file was created with the use ofreal road scene to capture the value of having a high correlation, MEPDG climate documentmodel suitable for roads in Guangdong Province.Based on this, this article select several typical pavement structure in GuangdongProvince by adjusting the thickness of the pavement different structures to analysis sensitivityof the thickness of the pavement structure in different regions of the road pavementperformance prediction. Then this article runs the file to MEDPG climate models to evaluatetheir applicability in different regions again. In this paper, a single variable method, both bychanging a single factor, and then find the most reasonable structure for each region, thelowest cost pavement structure.Meanwhile, this paper took advantage of KENLAYER toselect of the best pavement structure by using mechanical calculation computer program.Thisarticle use the selected MEDPG climate model for pavement structure prediction andmaintenance and select appropriate curing time and conservation programs.
