Abstract/Summary:
The 14 th Five-Year Plan is the initial period for speeding up the construction of a transportation power,and the primary goal at present is to fully build a modern and high-quality national comprehensive three-dimensional transportation network.However,with the construction and development of the national highway network,the traffic volume of some sections increases rapidly,and the asphalt pavement inevitably appears various diseases,and the road service level declines.In order to improve the use of the road,at present,the way of reconstruction and expansion is mostly adopted.In the reconstruction and expansion project,it is necessary to carry out accurate and reasonable detection and evaluation of the old road condition,but there is a lack of certain targeted evaluation standard and system in China.Based on this,In this thesis,the evaluation model of the old road surface performance is established based on the reconstruction project of the Ersai road.This paper first investigates the disease of the Ersai road surface,and evaluates the performance of the road surface based on the "Highway Performance Assessment Standards"(JTG 5210-2018).By analyzing the characteristics of the reconstruction and expansion project,it is analyzed that the existing standard evaluation system of pavement maintenance quality index PQI is not applicable to the reconstruction and expansion project.In order to optimize the evaluation system,the game theory and set pair analysis evaluation model of pavement service performance for the reconstruction and expansion project is established.Finally,the established evaluation model is applied to Ersai reconstruction project.The rationality of the model is verified by standard evaluation results and matter-element theory pavement performance evaluation results.The results show that the model has certain accuracy,which can provide a reference for pavement performance evaluation and treatment in other reconstruction and expansion projects.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Through the road condition investigation on the Ersai highway,the pavement diseases of the Ersai road are transverse cracks,longitudinal cracks,pavement block cracks and map cracks,and some sections of the basic base damage is serious.(2)According to the " Highway Performance Assessment Standards",the average PQI of the second race road is 81.50,and the pavement performance is of good grade.Radar detection shows that part of the good and medium grade sections assessed by PQI index are loose,broken and defective at the base level.Combined with the an alysis of the actual requirements of the reconstruction and expansion project,it is judged that the grade of the evaluation results does not conform to the actual road conditions.(3)The set pair analysis method was adopted to integrate the pavement surface condition index PCI,pavement riding quality index RQI,pavement rutting depth index RDI,pavement bumping index PBI,pavement skidding resistance index SRI,and pavement structure strength index PSSI and comprehensive game theory methods combination determine the index weight evaluation model,a more comprehensive model considering index;The influence of pavement structural strength on the evaluation result was emphasized in the weight optimization of PSSI index.(4)Using standard evaluation system and the theory of matter-element model validation,the pavement performance evaluation index combining Ersai road PSSI is much less than 60 volatile and values,and more,ground penetrating radar(GPR)results showed that the sections of the situation analysis of grassroots structure destroyed,game theory and set pair analysis model of the evaluation results more in line with the actual situation.
