Landslide is under natural conditions in a certain slope of a river erosion, artificial cut slope, underground activities or earthquakes and other factors, so that part of the mountain or rock under gravity, along with a certain face or weak, the overall horizontal displacement Lord deformation.Landslide is a kind of destructive force strong geological disasters, in the whole nationand even whole world widely distributed. Especially the mountainous area acco-unts for70%of China, the national life property safety is subjected to landslide disa-sters. With the rapid development of China’s economic construction and the impleme ntation of the western development, many western regions such as Yenan, has a sp-ecial terrain conditions, fragile geological environment and human engineering econo mic activity intensified, triggering a large number of landslides. Therefore, effective a-nd economic management landslide has been the Chinese government and thescience and technology personnel attention. Especially for a specific project, landslide there may be some kind of treatment program, but the choice of treatment options are usu-ally affected by many factors, often unable to achieve " optimal." Therefore, in the landslide hazard capable of administering the premise, but also saves construction tim-e, social and project cost construction program, is our "best " choice.In this paper, Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Group Yan’an Refinery mountain Ian-dslide unloading station for the study, a brief introduction of the geographical area regional profiles, summed Landslide, size, type and condition, then it is preferable t-hat the principle according to plan, before and after the two schemes for compariso n, is preferred. Get the following findings(1) Through the extension of the hill unloading station landslide refinery engineering geological conditions, hydrogeological conditions, geological structure, stratigraphy and litho logy analysis to determine the landslide sliding mechanism and the main factors affecting the stability of the landslide.(2) By contrast scheme, combined with the region’s geology, loess type, structure, natural factors and human factors, summed program preferred method.(3) Under the program preferred principles for governance programs around the two proposed for comparison. In considering the project cost, social and construction time and other factors, elect reasonable option.
