The Generation And Transformation Of Chinese Modern Technology View

Technology view affect the formulation of national policies, the development of technology and technology culture. Its production and transformation can be divided into three stages.The first stage is proposed technology view that we should pay equal attention to morality and technology, which increased the social status of whole technology as same as the moral, and had a comprehensive understanding of the importance of technology; The second stage is formation and reinforcement of concept of making country stronger by technology, which overcomes the one-sided idea of resisting the invasion of foreign by studying their advanced technology, and makes people have a more profound understanding of the important role of technology; The third stage is the summary of technology view of saving the nation by matter, which realize the technology is an entirety, and the view of making country stronger by technology is a big system, only by studying and developing technology from the aspects such as science, politics, and economy, can we achieve the goal finally.In the three stages, historical events, such as, Western Learning, Opium War, Westernization Movement, Hundred Days’Reform, Sino-Japanese War, all have significant impacts on the production and change of modern technology. The important people in history, such as Li Zhizao, Song Yingxing, Wei Yuan, Zeng Guofan, Li Hongzhang, Kang Youwei, Tan Sitong, and Liang Qichao also made a great contribution to the proposing and refining to modern technology view. Limited to space and individual ability, this article briefly evaluate the influences of historical events on technical view, selectively analysis the understanding of technology view of historical personage, finally summarize the characteristics, gain and loss of the modern technology view, reasonable sublate the reality and applying technology, and put forward some suggestions for the construction of technology view with Chinese characteristics in future.
