Digital holography is a digital computer combined with traditional optical holographytechnology, using the computer to the digital hologram capture and subsequent processingtechnology. Here by phase-shift technology to realize the interference image and the differentstage of the delay of the reference beam. Through digital technology combined with theappropriate mode interference image, you can restore the image of complex wave amplitude.Due to the interference of image is a digital form, they are easy to handle. So that we canthrough the computer to achieve the purpose of to filter the interference figure, many types ofprocessing can be done by digital holography, such as the image of phase solution package,realize the three dimensional measurements.This article mainly has carried on the application of digital phase-shifting technique, thefollowing work:(1) According to the related theory of holographic technology, improving design isapplied to the digital phase shifting technology for object for holographic recording opticalexperiment device, improve the effect of interference image resolution is realized.(2) Write grating stripe program to control the spatial light modulator output phase shift,on how to improve the stability of the holographic image experiments and the precision ofphase shifting is studied, in the innovative experiment tried a method of optimalphase-shifting technology-rapid phase shifting technology, stability is obtained by fastmoving and read the phase-shifting interferograms, selected by the interference patternprocessing phase shifting the most accurate image, greatly improved through phase-shiftingtechnique for the stability of the hologram and clarity.(3) In spherical wave interference pattern, for example, using the rapid acquisition fourgroups differ a certain phase shifting method, different phase holograms. Using the least squares phase unwrapping wrapped in digital image processing,can be more detailed investigation of the object to be tested surface information, and applythis technology to a variety of model experiments have been carried out to verify thefeasibility, and in the aspect of the application of the system to do a lot of research, for betterusing holographic imaging and processing technology of three-dimensional objects provides anew means.
