Phase recovery is an important research problem in many areas, it has applications in many fields. Over a long term,great efforts have been devoted to phase recovery. A great deal of researches have been carried out to investigate the methods and systems for phase recovery. For this reason,rapid progress has been made in this area.At present, there are several ways to phase-restoration. Phase retrieval methods are comparable,for example, phase contrast method, Interferometry intensity measurement method as well as digital holographic technology. Among them, by measuring the intensity distribution of a series of wavefronts to calculate the phase distribution of the input surface is a very effective phase recovery technology.In recent years, the rapid development of semiconductor optoelectronic technology, computer generated holographic techniques, spatial light modulator and digital light processing technology (dlp) create the conditions for multi-intensity phase retrieval technology. By combining SLM and the optoelectronic technology effectively,the effect of real-time phase recovery is achieved.In this thesis, Multi-intensity measurement joint phase recover method based on liquid crystal spatial light modulator is put forward.. Utilizing the characteristic of Phase-only LCSLM which modulates phase of the light wave Many different light intensity by inputing many different kinoforms to SLM is obtained,and the traditional G-S algorithm is improved and an idea of inner and outer GS iterative algorithm is also presented to inverse the phase information from the intensity data.In this method, the liquid crystal spatial light modulator as the core component, the phase-only LC-SLM is used for displaying the kinoform and modulating the phase of the mesured wavefront. The spatial light modulator as the carrier of the hologram to modulate the phase of the wavefront. This paper proposed an approach of muti-intensity phase recovery based on the Phase-only SLM.This paper has five chapters,Which is divided into three parts. Part I is the summary of the main phase retrieval history and application. Including G-S iterative algorithm and a variety of improved algorithm. This article focuses on the improved algorithm process, through simulation experiments,showing that the presented inner and outer G-S iterative algorithm in this paper is valid.Part II includes second or third chapter.and it mainly deals with the theory of. phase-only liquid crystal spatial light modulator and phase modulation characteristic, as well as computer-generated holograms sampling interval and kinoform sample questions, providing theoretical support for this experiment.The third part includes the fourth and the fifth chapter, describing the experiment principle and results which gets multi-strength measurement for phase recovery based on SLM. And in the end a joint phase recovery method is proposed.
