With the growing scarcity of land resources, people take attention to the development ofthe sea.At present, as the earth’s temperature rises, the ocean tourism of warm temperate zonewhere warm in winter and cool in summer usher in the golden period of development.In our country, as a big ocean province, Shandong has the potential to build the world’s topocean resort.According to the relevant planning, Fenghuang island Marine culture tourismIndustry Clusters has positioned as marine culture tourism industrial clusters,where plannedreclamation area of10square kilometers in2015.This article applies the method of the grading analysis to reseach surface sedimentgranularity characteristic parameters and the plane distribution of grain group in the studyarea, then use of the Gao-Collins, a method for the analysis of the surface sediment migrationtrends in the study area, the main results are: the surface sediment types in the study area aremainly clayey silt and so on eight kinds of sediments, with clayey silt.The surface sediment inthe study area near the south coast net of fenghuang island transport direction to the northeast,the direction roughly parallel to the shoreline;The surface sediment in the central of study seaarea near from shique beach over shique mouth to the golden beach has a weak transporttrends towards the west,which the transport direction from the sea to the shore roughly;Thesurface sediment in the northern study area near from a line of Zhang Tun mouth over lvdaomouth to xiang mouth has strong westward migration trend,which the transport direction fromthe sea to the shore roughly.This article base on the study of wind conditions and tidal data, applying the MIKE21hydrodynamic and sediment transport module to simulated flow field,wave field and thecondition of erosion and deposition in research region,then analysis the characteristics of it.By comparing the two phase of water depth data,make sure that the numerical model canaccurately reflect the erosion and deposition conditions in the study area.Finally, the paper by comparing the characteristics of sediment before and after thereclamation planning to analyze the rationality of the reclamation planning of constructionproject, and give some advices.The mianly research results are: (1)After construction, the flow velocity in aera of south and north of the No.1man-madeisland increased, which in the northeast and west sideof island decreased;The flow velocity inarea of north and southeast of No.2artificial islands decreased, which in northeast increasesd;The flow velocity in northwest and southeast of No.3artificial island increased,which innortheast and southwest decreased;The flow velocity in the north and southeast of No.4artificial island increased, which in the southwest and southwest decreased.(2)After the implementation of project construction, the trend speed increased in south ofNo.1artificial island due to pick flow,which make erosion increased.Between The north ofisland and east coast of fenghuang island formed a channel where tide speed increased,which make erosion increased;The building of No.2artificial island blocks the waves of SEdirection, reduce silver sand beach erosion, formed waterways between the island and coast ofthe fenghuang island at the same time,cause the current speed increase,for which increaseerosion;A waterway formed between No.3artificial island and the coastline offenghuangisland,where tide speed increase, making the region by deposition state to equilibrium,especially in artificial island northwest to the lvdao mouth, in which erosion volume large.The siltation in north channel not only did not improve, but also the area of No.3artificialisland will cause interference to channel;After No.4artificial island completion,a waterayformed between it and zhucha island, cause the area by the deposition state turn intoequilibrium state.And artificial island protect the zhucha island, where serious erosioncondition at the east and west of the zhucha island things get better.(3) According to the erosion and deposition situation after the completion of the artificialisland projects, the proposes for project planning as fllow: No.2artificial island suggested tocancel plans to launch because the island too close distance from the shore,and aggravate thefinches stone beach erosion, it can be thought that it makes little sense to the reseach area.No.3artificial islands in the jiaozhou bay mouth, close to the. After the completion of No.3artificial islands,the deposition in the navigable belt increased.For the area where buiding theisland has complicated hydrodynamic conditions, located at dumping area,the projects impactin environmental is bigger, so it suggest that No.3artificial island should diminish area orcancel the island at the plan.
