Artificial island is a new form of human utilization of marine space resources for all kinds of purposes, artificial construction in the sea and the formation of islands. In the design of artificial island, the wave is the main factor of ocean dynamics, so the design of artificial island is the key factor in the design of artificial island. Using artificial island group in the outside of the artificial island doubles as the periphery of the cover of artificial islands plan layout, the periphery of the artificial island and do breakwater reduction gusts of wind, wave and flow effects, decreasing the medial artificial island land elevation, with obvious advantages.
