The studies of quantum properties of light field, and interaction of matter and light fieldhave played an important role in the development of modern physics. In order to control thebehavior of the light field and the atom, people design a variety of devices, such asmicrocavity system, by which a near-perfect environment is provided for quantummanipulation. By using the limit of boundary conditions, the microcavity changes thebehavior of the field in it. However, we can hardly get an ideal cavity in experiments. Soinvestigations focus on the dissipative cavity affected by the outside environment. In a vacuum, attraction exists between the two parallel metal plates which areuncharged and close each other. This phenomenon is the Casimir effect. Casimir effect hasbeen a hot topic of physics in recent years. The studies and researches of Casimir-Polder forcealso become one of the important projects to scientists in physics researches. Casimir effectand Casimir-Polder force are macroscopic effects induced by vacuum fluctuations anddifferent boundary conditions in quantum field. The study of the atom-wall Casimir-Polderforce in a leaky cavity is a extending of the Casimir effecting. In this paper, we study the dynamical Casimir-Polder force on a partially dressed atom ina one-dimensional leaky cavity with quasimodes. Firstly, we review the researches anddevelopments of Casimir-Polder force. Then, based on the theories of the quasimode, dressedatom, and perturbation, the dynamical Casimir-Polder force acting on a partially dressedatom in a leaky cavity is calculated. And we also analyze further the evolution characteristicswith time and the influences of the decay rate on the force. Finally, we give a summary of ourwork and a outlook of the future work.
