The Research Of Water Hydraulic Radial Piston Pump

Based on the requirements of sea water pump in the reverse osmosis system, anovel form of seawater pump is designed, which will be applied in the reverseosmosis system. The use of clear energy is also an important way to solve the energycrisis. Marine energy as clean, resolved and abundant resources, the developmentprospects are very optimistic. Therefore, a new structure type of pump is designed toadapt in the reverse osmosis desalination system.Based on the above objective thinking, a new type of the seawater pump isdesigned, which is radial piston movable housing seawater pump. In reference toother piston pump structure; this paper designed a new form of pump. In thesemission objectives, the article mainly does a bit of work tasks:(1) According to the analysis of sea water pump working conditions and theworking environment, to understand the sea water pump design requirements andinnovation requirements, and referring to a similar design at home and abroad, theform of structural seawater pump is designed. After determining the general form ofthe structure, we should analyze its feasibility and technical difficulties.(2) Based on analysis of a large number of design requirements and retrievereferences, the structure of the radial piston pump seawater is determined. After theseawater radial piston pump and the form of the seawater pump curve profile, analysisof the movement in the form of the forces by the structure motion simulation in thePro/Mechanism/MECHANICA.(3)After determining the structural parameters of the key parts of the pump,make3D solid modeling of the piston pump by using3D modeling software PRO/Eand draw engineering drawing. According to working environment and the principleof selecting the material of the hydraulic component, select the suitable for thedifferent parts.(4)To analysis all kind of check valve of the piston pump and compare theadvantages and disadvantages of various assignment methods, chose and design the best way to adopt the seawater pump. The structure, the size parameters and the valvespring’s parameters is designed. Make the valve performance simulation by using theAMESim software.Through the above work, a new type of the radical piston pump is design. Makethe continuous improvement by manufacture the first test prototype and analysis ofthe further experimental.
