There are more demand for mud pump on the development of oil exploration and Well drilling and the mine production.Nowadays,triplex slush pump become a popularity because of those characters such as light-weight,small volume,small pressure fluctuation and efficient.However,it is exist some problem in pulsating instantaneous flow and uneven displacement and more vulnerable parts and high maintenance costs,which bring about the use of mud pump at a certain extent.This program main analysed the reason of uneven displacement simultaneously came up with a control method on uneven displacement from the structure of mud pump,work principle as well as the motion law of piston.The pump valve and valve box are improved to reduce the loss of the mud pump seat and improve the efficiency and service life of the mud pump.The main content included as follow this:(1)In the field,disassembling and assembling BW-300 type mud pump prototype,mapping the mud pump components,drawing the mud pump 3D assembly model diagram.According to the working principle of the slurry pump,the key points and main technical parameters are analyzed,and the processing technology of the crankshaft and gear is analyzed,instantaneous flow and average displacement in theory from the motion characteristics of mud pump.In order to reduce the displacement and pressure fluctuation of the pump and to enhance reliability of the pump,Improving the traditional air bag and increasing the number of air bag in a fixed position through the method of calculation the air bag volume.(2)The pump valve failure reason of Valve ball,valve seat and sealing ring based on the work and the structure character was be analysed.It is a change in valve from the mud pump of the structure of the original to piece.Using flow test method complete performance test and observing data.the results showed that it has stability valve flow,a little noise and long seat life after improving the mud pump through comparative analysis.(3)The internal ponding can't out after ceasing work of the mud pump,leading the inner cavity of pump head getting rusty.Because of the demand of the production practice,a taper thread water outlet will be fit on those place where the pump head and the step surface of the three cylinder blocks near the lower cylinder of the lower frame.Checking the bolt strength calculation result,analysing with the finite element method the box in the maximum working pressure(15MPa)under the stress distribution,concluding that the overall strength to meet the requirements,a taper thread water outlet can be put in the pump head.This program analyzes the BW-300 mud pump,comes up with the corresponding suggestions and improvement measures for mud pump,the research results have been applied to the same type of mud pump product,and getting the enterprise approval.
