The Spatial Changes In The Value Of Liaoning Coastal Resources Based On GIS And RS

The21st century has been called the ocean centuries. With the increasing population andimproving productivity, more and more countries in the world put the salvation ofcontemporary human issues that the population, resources and environmental to ocean, oceanswill become the important field of international competition and development.Liaoning province have vast seas, across the Yellow Sea and Bohai Sea, have thestrategic geographical location, also has a rich variety of biological resources and preciousenergy, and it also has a higher productivity. The aim to explore the coastal resources ofclassification, gradation and valuation is to enable people to re-establish the values of coastalresources, scientific and rational development and utilization of coastal resources, provide ascientific basis for the sustainable development of coastal zone resources.In this paper, given the theoretical and methodological basis for classification, andcoastal resources assessment of the value of home and abroad, grading to the coastal resourceof the coastal city of15counties such areas as assessment unit, with the coastal resourceclassification based on, to assessment and accounting the aquatic resources constitute coastalresources, coastal landscape resources, Comparative analysis of the time on the last conducted.The results showed that:（1）With the grading system based on coastal resources, identifies three grades ofLiaoning coastal resources. class I which includes Wafangdian、Changhai; class Ⅱ includesLinghai city、Huludao city Xingcheng City、Jinzhou city、Pulandian city and Gaizhou city;class III including Yingkou city、 Suizhong county、Panshan and Dawa county.（2）Combined RS/GIS technology to determine the distribution of resources and thebeach of Liaoning coastal resources in aquatic resources, landscape resources in2000and2010. Assessment methods based on the value of coastal resources, calculating aquaticresources, resource value and beach landscape resource value in2000and2010with Liaoningcoastal zone of each coastal county/city, then get counties/City coastal value with resourcesin2000and2010.（3）Comparative analysis based on the value of coastal resources calculated.Analysis resultsit that compared with2000, in2010the value of the Liaoning Coastal Resources increased315.152billion, doubling, where aquatic resources increased by97.347billion, landscaperesources increased221.105billion, tidal resources reduced133million, the decrease in the value of tidal resources because of human over-exploitation and utilization, caused a sharpreduction in the tidal area. The total value of the Liaoning coastal resources is large,landscape-oriented resource value, which in2000accounted for56.9%of Liaoning coastalresources, and in2010accounted for63.8%.So Classification Gradation and value of research on coastal resources to strengthencoastal protection and regulate all types of coastal development activities, to achieve soundand rapid development of the coastal zone is of great practical significance.
