Multiple rivers feeds into the Yellow Sea and Bohai Sea from Liaoning coastal region,where is pregnant with various types of coastal wetland resources. For a long time, thewetlands resources not only to maintain the ecological balance of regional environment, butalso plays an extremely important position in the Marine industrial structure in Liaoningprovince and Bohai rim regional Marine economy development. In this study, we useGeodatabase to build Liaoning Coastal Economic Belt wetland resources information systemdatabase with Landsat7-ETM remote sensing data、administrative region map、industrial parkmap and wetland nature protection area map; Using relative richness and diversity index,analyzs the space differentiation characteristics of wetlands resources in2010; Reveals thedynamic change of wetland landscape pattern characteristics of Liaoning Coastal EconomicBelt based on the wetland resources data of2007and2010. Main research results are asfollows:(1)Liaoning Coastal Economic Belt wetland resources information system databasecomposed of spatial database and attribute database. Spatial database include provincialadministrative division、administrative zoning at the county level、present land use ofLiaoning Coastal Economic Belt in2007and2010、distribution of the wetland natureprotection area、industrial park of Liaoning Coastal Economic Belt; Attribute databaseincludes the attribute table of administrative region、 the attribute table of wetlandinformation、the attribute table of non wetland information、the attribute table of wetlandnature reserve、the attribute table of industrial park.(2)Total area of the wetland resources of Liaoning Coastal Economic Belt in2010is719955.58hm~2. Looking from wetland type, plain paddy field area is the largest,400815.29hm~2, accounting for55.67%of the total area, area of saline-alkali land、salt panand mountain paddy field are less than the others,572.15hm~2、302.64hm~2and229.02hm~2,accounting for0.08%、0.04%and0.03%of the total area; From the wetland distribution,Panjin is the largest,267542.95hm~2, accounting for37.16%of the total area, Huludao is thesmallest,35233.3hm~2, accounting for4.89%of the total area; From the relative richness,Dandong is the largest,0.92, suggests that Dandong has most types of wetland resources andabundant wetland resources, Panjin is the smallest,0.58, suggests that Panjin has less types of wetland resources; From the diversity index, Huludao is the largest,1.63, suggests thatlandscape distribution is uniform in Huludao, Yingkou is the smallest,0.47, suggests thatYingkou have an uneven distribution.(3)Comparing the data of relative richness from2007to2010, Huludao has the biggestchange, down by25.56%, Dalian has the smallest change, up by3.75%; Comparing the dataof diversity index, Dandong has the biggest change, down by24.84%, Huludao has thesmallest change, down by0.61%; Danlian is the only one which has increased in two indexes,it shows that wetland resource type is growing up and wetland landscape distribution tends tobe uniform.
