Corrugated sandwich plate, a kind of composite plate structure, is composed of two high intensity panels and the sandwich filled in between two pieces of panel, Corrugated sandwich plate has excellent mechanical property, light weight and high strength, in addition, it is provided with good fire resistance, sound insulation and heat insulation and it has been widely used in aerospace, ship building, High-speed Rail EMU, civil engineering etc.In this paper, meshless Galerkin method is used to analysis the fracture problem of corrugated sandwich plate. Firstly, it summarizes the study of history and research status about the meshless method and corrugated sandwich. It introduces the basic principle of the meshless Galerkin method, discusses the selection of weight function, analyzes the methods of enforcing displacement boundary conditions and the selection of numerical integration scheme etc. Secondly, it recommends the basic theory of meshless method which is applied in the linear elastic fracture mechanics, and discusses about discontinuous problem processing standards, meshless direct displacement method to calculate stress intensity factor and the maximum circumferential stress criterion to imitate crack propagation at length. It puts forward a method of dynamic radius of influence, and verifies its feasibility in application of meshless Galerkin method. Finally, it deduces the control equations of corrugated sandwich plate and displacement compatibility condition which is disposed with boundary transformation method, and establishes the meshless model about crack corrugated sandwich. Meshless Galerkin method is great potential for development. when analyzing the fracture problem, it can avoid the difficulties which traditional finite element method will encounter, that is remeshing and element distortion.In this paper, the meshless computation program is compiled by C++language. In numerical examples, it is compared with ANSYS solution and validated the correctness of process and theory.
