Lacerta agilis is variable temperature oviparous reptiles, it is a good experimentalmaterial for studying oviparous pattern. Through the combining field and laboratorymethod, This study that Lacerta agilis which live in the cold-climate adapt to theenvironment. The main resesrch contents include: Habitat selection of Lacerta agilis, sexual dimorphism and reproductive characteristics of Lacerta agilis, Effect oftemperature on Lacerta agilis eggs hatch.Measuring14in the wild habitat factors research habitat selection. MeasuringLacerta agilis body data to analyze sexual dimorphism. Under the laboratory simulationhabitat recording maternal reproductive output(Including clutch size、clutch weight.etc).Setting four constant temperatures (24℃,27℃,30℃,33℃) analysis temperature on thelife history of Lacerta agilis, the main conclusions were summarized as the following:Lacerta agilis choice mainly shrub type, High shrub density, moderate plant cover,General soil texture, grass height, half shady slope slope positions, the food is moderate, fewer predators, moderate light intensity and humidity habitat.Lacerta agilis has body color sexual dimorphism. The male side of the body or thebody is bright green and female is light brown. Lacerta agilis sexual dimorphism are thetype of female equivalent of male. Female abdomen greater than male, male head longgreater than female, maternal clutch size is3-10、clutch weight2.2-7.1g.Temperature effected Lacerta agilis eggs hatch, Hatching success30℃>27℃>24℃>33℃,24℃、27℃、30℃、33℃, the average incubation period of fourtemperatures were50.6d、35.2d、31.0d、28.5d. Hatchling weigh(tANCOVA, F3,66=1.425,P>0.05)、head-body length(ANCOVA, F3,66=0.640, P>0.05)、head length(ANCOVA,F3,66=2.763, P>0.05)、abdomen length(ANCOVA, F3,66=1.904, P>0.05)and taillengt(hANCOVA, F3,66=0.556, P>0.05)was no significant difference. Hatchlings pausetimes(F3,51=1.186, p=0.331)、maximum sprint distance(F3,51=0.195, p=0.940)、maximum sprint speed(F3,51=0.976, p=0.431)had no significant difference.30℃isLacerta agilis hatch of the optimum temperature.
