In order to the demand and need for the project test, namely the use of high-pressure water jet target object shape and material quickly and effectively identify, target material requirements for improved detection of experimental design and research, this paper improved design and research for the device. Topics, the work is summarized as follows:First, according to the progress of the project required the use of Solidworks CAD software to complete the long straight cone nozzle supporting the nozzle, spray bar and fixture design, while the design of the data collection in favor of target material landfill box, and processed into kind, used for the experiments.Secondly, the control system of the target object detection trolley study describes the control system is used to detect a target object experimental car, touch-screen control technology. And successfully developed a Lab VIEW control program on the host computer. This allows data acquisition and device control integration.In addition, the design and development of a cylindrical high voltage shunt, the design of a cylindrical shunt model using Fluent software to simulate the internal flow analysis. The results obtained by rational design, the model diagram into a drawing, and processed into a kind used in the experiment.Finally, with the help of other members of the research group, the experimental device improved, re-build and test systems for testing to verify the design and research to improve the rationality and reliability.Throughout the text of this thesis, high-pressure water jet target object detection device design and experimental research to improve and re-build a test system. Through theoretical and experimental results show that the improved study of the device is reasonable for the smooth progress of the project to provide a basis for protection.
