Abstract:At present, the Beijing1954coordinate system and1980xi ’an coordinate system are generally used to mapping, engineering planning, design and other purposes of geodetic control points in our country. And the2000national geodetic control network and the2000(CGCS2000) national coordinate system have been established in our country. how the existing measuring data are transformed between in Beijing1954coordinate system,1980xi’an coordinate system and local independent coordinate system, and finally transformed to the2000national coordinate system to implement geospatial information sharing, avoid redundant construction, reduce the waste of resources etc are a difficult problem to be solved.Firstly, the related basic theory of the coordinate space reference was introduced firstly in this paper, and then the public control points of1954Beijing coordinate system and1980xi’an coordinate system in Huizhou, and the2D polynomial,2D four parameters,2D seven parameters,3D polynomial,3D seven parameters and Bursa-Wolf model etc to be used to calculate the transformation parameters and analyze the conversion accuracy. Then the key technologies of multiple file format coordinates conversion of the digital line graph (DLG), digital elevation model (DEM), digital orthogonal map (DOM) and the type of text file are Detailed introduced, and the overall architecture, design principle, system integration methods, main function and the problems in the implementation process and the solution of unified surveying and mapping datum coordinate transformation system of Huizhou are expounded. Finally, the deficiency of the coordinate transformation system and the next research direction are summarized in this paper.
