Relativistic Heavy Ion Collisions are useful tools for ones to search the properties of quarkmatters. More and more experimental data of final state hadrons show that200GeV Au-AuCollisions have formed strong coupling Quark Gluon Plasma (sQGP). The perturbation method, which is used to study quantum many-body systems at finite temperature, lost its power when onedeal with a strong coupling problem (g1) and it cannot directly used to solve strong couplingproblems. Then the AdS/CFT correspondence was proposed. Its main idea is that one can makethe duality between the strong coupling region of quantum field theory and the weak couplingregion of classical gravity theory. Once understanding the weak coupling gravity theory one canknow the properties of strong coupling quantum field theory. In this paper we talk about thecorrelators in sQGP by AdS/CFT correspondence and we use the correlator to study the dielectricfunction.First, we introduce the Relativistic Heavy Ion Collisions and the signals of sQGP. We shortlyintroduce the Anti de sitter (AdS) space and Conformal Field Theory (CFT) and thecorrespondence between them as the theory foundation of this paper. More specifically, we use thecorrespondence between N=4SYM theory, which describe the QCD, and type IIB string theoryon AdS S to derivate strong coupling correlators in R-photon model, then we solve them bynumerical method and get correlators results as functions of energy or momentum. It is obviousthat the correlators are not just monotonic function of energy and momentum, and there areobvious different between our results and previous small and q approximation results. As anapplication of correlator, we compute the dielectric function of strong coupling matters. We alsocompute the weak coupling dielectric function and make comparisons between them. We find thatcompletely different properties are shown in time-like region and space-like region. These mayindicate new physics of strong coupling.
