On March11,2011, Japan’s local time at14:46, in the northeastern Japan a9.0earthquake and the earthquake caused a tsunami, but also caused the nuclearaccident in Fukushima Prefecture nuclear power plant, resulting in heavy casualtiesdamage. The disasters caused by earthquake can be said that so far the largest,Northeast disaster area is the industrial areas of Japanese cars, electronics,semiconductor industry, manufacturing industry, especially the fracture of theproduction and supply chain business activities generate a great the impact ofproduction activities to a standstill a few months, its impact not only on Japan butalso spread to other countries abroad. Re-recognize the important role of thenortheastern region of Japanese manufacturing in the world by the earthquakeimpact. Production and supply chain fracture caused by a lack of parts supply andlead to major automotive and electronics manufacturers to stop production and sales,also had an impact. Japan’s manufacturing supply chain has been considered to bevery powerful, but why is so fragile face of such disasters in the earthquake? Whatkinds of factors of production and supply of strand breaks reason? How to restore toits former dominant position? Analysis of the production and supply chain issues,the production of the automotive and electronics industries, import and exportvolume, the impact of sales to make data analysis. This article draws on the researchbase of domestic and foreign scholars on the production and supply chain, to Japanon how to restore the loss of manufacturing, and in order to avoid the recurrence ofthe same serious problems and how to avoid risk, and then find out its Japanese fourmeasures, the reconstruction of automotive and electronics industries in order tobuild a stronger Japanese manufacturing industry.
