Groundwater has become the Heihe River Basin, Inner Mongolia in AlashanLeague Ejinaqi resource constraints of economic and social development. Efficient andsafe development and use of groundwater resources in relation to the security, stabilityand sustainable development in the region. Regional groundwater dynamic evaluation isthe basis of rational exploitation of groundwater.Groundwater characteristics and origin of the Heihe River downstream analysis,groundwater reserves and changes in groundwater and surface water into the content ofgroundwater impact on the ecological environment and other aspects of the study, thefinal selection of the research methods and technical route of this article.In this paper, using the method of field engineering operations, geologicalprospecting and indoor collected data, in the analysis of the hydrogeological structure,based on the type of underground geological structures on the basis of the establishmentof hydrogeological models. The geological structure of the area, the aquifer waterexchange structure, the hydraulic characteristics of the aquifer and regional boundariesdo a qualitative analysis.Based on the analysis of hydrogeological models on the use of VisualMODFLOW to establish a regional groundwater flow numerical model. Basedon the analysis and screening of completion of the relevant information anddata on the rate of groundwater recharge and discharge a given amount of area,the area in accordance with the accuracy of the mesh, making the scattered datato better reflect the groundwater conditions throughout the region, after theidentification and validation, the mathematical model can reflect the regionalgroundwater dynamics.Dynamic process of regional groundwater study measured data. The use ofnumerical modeling of groundwater flow, groundwater mining area to load adifferent amount, get groundwater dynamic conditions. Combined with theacceptance of information Ejinaqi water wells project, determine the use ofwater wells project.Proposal to establish a scientific concept of development thinking, there must be a forward-looking vision and scientific perspective, the results of theevaluation of groundwater dynamics and economic and social development ofthe region EjinaqiHeihe River water resources development and ecologicalprotection, closely combine scientific relationships develop surface water andgroundwater balance Ejinaqi area, using among themselves so very preciousand limited water resources reasonable development and utilization.
