Cadastral InforInation System must be built on the basis of high accuracyandtemporility for its authority。The values of quality indicators are directly related to accuracy and precision in thepri1nary data collection。 The thesis analyzed the errors in acquiring digital spatial data,and found that digitizing is not suitable for high accurate data (eg. parcel)input。In order to add temporal capabilities into existing GIS,the author studied the methodsof time-stamping and.temperal topological approach; discussed the relationship betweenthe property items and the relationship between the property items and spatial data;introduced a new data oraganization method in Cadastral Information System.
