Taiyangp ing gold deposit located in G uangyuan C it y of S ichuan Province, Tectonic background is s ituated in Maoxian group block in Silur ian sedimentary basin, whic h belongs to Yangpingguan fault zone go ld meta llogenic series between Yangt ze block and Motianlin fo ld belt. The strata exposed ma inly is Huangping for matio n of upper Silur ian syste m; D ingj ia ling- Taiya ngp ing ductile-britt le shear fault controls distr ibut ion, shape and occurrence of go ld deposit.There are outlined 5 gold ore bodies, the morpholo gies of ore bodies are ma inly ve ined, the ore body alo ng strike has the characterist ic of punch- out reappearance, the boundaries of ore body and wall rock are c lear. The le ngt h of ore bodies are 245~ 399 m, the thinkness are 0.68~0.88 m, the ore bodies tendency are 165°~360°, dip are 53°~ 82°. The main meta llic minerals are pyrite, spha lerite, chalcopyrite, ga lena, and the gangue minerals are quartz, calc ite, seric ite and chlor ite. O re textures are ma inly euhedral- hyp idio morphic granular, metasomatic, cyclic and cataclast ic text ure. O re structures are disseminated, banded, crumb and mesh- ve in structure. The wall rock alteration inc ludes silic ificatio n, pyrit izat ion, chlorit izat ion, seric it izatio n, carbonation, ferrit izat ion and so on, among them, silic ification and pyr it izatio n are closely associated w ith mineralizat ion.The δ34S va lue of p yr ite changes in the range of 5.7‰ to 10.2‰, and the δ34S value c hanges in s mall ra nge, show ing t hat the mean value of homoge nizat ion o f sulfur isotope is high, it illustrates the sources of sulfur ma inly is wa ll rock. The results of hyd rogen a nd oxygen isotopes show Ore- forming fluid source of this deposit ma inly is metamorphic water.The study of fluid inclus ions show that Forming temperature of this deposit is ma inly concentrated in the 180 to 279℃, it belongs to the medium temperatur e range. And the results of salinity and density show that the characterist ics of Ore- forming fluid are low- salinit y( 2.90~ 8.68 w t% Na CL) and low-dens ity(0.71~0.97g/cm3). Fluid pressure range from 39.08 to 95.25 Mpa, and the mineralizat ion depth of this depo sit s ubstant ially range fro m 4.95 to 8.04 km, which has midd le- deep meta llogenic characterist ics.The ore-controlling factors ma inly include for mation a nd structure. Exp loration marks ma inly inc lude structure, wall rock a lterat ion, geoche mical anoma ly, old mining relics. In summary, the genet ic type of this deposits is mesotherma l metamorphic hydrotherma l ve in go ld deposit, and establish the meta llogenic model of ore deposit.
