Taking Biyang Depression for an example, this paper discusses the key control factors of shale oil enrichment and producibility. According to the analysis, we can see that whether shale oil can effectively accumulate and has producibility is mainly controlled by six factors. They are hydrocarbon generation amount, porosity, preservation conditions, reservoir reconstruction conditions, crude oil property and development scheme. The top three are the main factors influencing the shale oil enrichment, and then is three factors affect the development of shale oil. Combined with the drilling data of Anshen-1 Well and Biye-1 Well in Biyang depression, we found the two wells development zone has good hydrocarbon generation, development of storage space, brittle mineral content of higher favorable conditions. But there are also several disadvantages that should draw our attention. Maturity of organic matter is low, which influence oil content of shale and physical property of crude oil. So the southeast area where the shale has higher depth can be the favorable area for oil shale exploration and exploitation. Biye-1 Well shale in Biyang sag is compressible and reticular fractured formation conditions better. Biye-1 Well in study area belongs to the light oil well productivity, the viscosity of normal crude oil, more conducive to mining. In addition to these factors, considering crude oil which was dissolved gas is affected and has a low permeability reservoir stress sensitivity characteristics, oil field development and production process should try to slow down the speed of the reservoir pressure is reduced, crude oil associated gas to dissolve the state more than free state output, try to keep the reservoir permeability at the same time, and ultimately to improve shale oil production purposes. The above views can determine recoverable shale oil-rich region provide a favorable reference.
