With the development of mechanical theorem proving, application of automated reasoning technology is becoming more and more frequent in intelligent education field. On background of the research of Intelligent Education Platform of Physics, combined with researched results existed about the platform such as subsystems of dynamic physics problem drawing and dynamically automatic problem generating, the forward reasoning method is applied in automatic solving of physics problem under the representation form of production rule, and the algorithm about readable solving process generating is designed and implemented in this thesis. The algorithm of forward reasoning method of the IEPP problem-solving subsystem has been designed and realized on the knowledge background of force unit and mechanical unit in the course of junior middle school’s physics range.The main work and research results are as follows:(1) The representation method of physics fact is designed by combination of predicate logic and framework representation.(2) The representation method of physics rule is designed in production form.(3) Based on the technology of OOP(Object Oriented Programming), the forward inference method theory is applied to analyze, design and implemented the IEPP problem-solving subsystem.(4) With dynamic link technology, the docking problem among IEPP subsystems is solved and it makes the IEPP as an organic whole really.
