Fuhe River as an important part of Baoding city river water system construction, has characteristics in controlling flood and counseling drainage, water conservation, climate regulation, and other function.By continuous monitoring for a long period of time in Fu He River, study the phytoplankton community structure characteristics and change law of time and space distribution,analysis in the different points with different time of diversity index, and the rule of variation of biodiversity, at the same time analysis the influence between other environmental monitoring index with phytoplankton index, provides the basis for the study of the inland river self-purification ability.According to the situation in Fu He River and its surrounding environment, in parts of south street to E.2nd Ring Rd for monitoring the main body, with bridge as the point.According to the situation in Fu He River and its surrounding environment, in parts of south street to E. 2nd Ring Rd for monitoring the main body, with bridge as the point, choice Nanguan bridge,Gongnong bridge, Hongqi bridge, Liu Shoumiao temple bridge, Hongguang bridge, Jiaozhuang bridge as six monitoring points.During March 2014 to November, two weeks for a cycle, sampling, increase in heavy rain and other special weather monitoring frequency, part of the environmental field monitoring data, other projects to stay back to laboratory testing.Phytoplankton monitoring is mainly divided into two parts of phytoplankton and zooplankton.Phytoplankton is mainly testing of the eight categories, including 81 species of zooplankton.Monitoring to species as the smallest unit, including unknown species.After microscopy those conducted sampling,statistical analysis plankton species composition and density of the dominant species and other projects,to study plankton community structure and spatial and temporal rule of Fuhe River.In each season for the analysis unit, use SPSS software to analyze the relationship between environmental factors surroundingand plankton of Fuhe River in Baoding,to find their inner correlation analysis.The results showed that the phytoplankton density had a significant positive correlation with water DO and chlorophyll a concentrations.After using CANOCO software detrended correspondence analysis,find linear models of those data adapted to the constraints of the sort the selection redundancy analysis(RDA),and analysis which environmental factors controlled the growth of phytoplankton in Fuhe River.The results showed that mainly temperature and nutrient concentrations of nitrogen and phosphorus affect the phytoplankton community distribution in Fuhe River.Two kinds of analysis showed,among those monitoring points, the water quality of point 4 Liu Shoumiao bridge is best,has lowest nitrogen and phosphorus concentration,and also has least organic pollution level,with higher phytoplankton community diversity than other points;The extent of organic pollution in point.Organic pollution of South Guan Bridge is most serious,overall,its water quality is poorer,also the phytoplankton community structure is unstable.The study of Fuhe River phytoplankton community structure and diversity,from a biological perspective reflects the water quality of Fuhe, to provide reference for comprehensive evaluation of urban river water quality and pollution control for the overall situation, for the development of economy,taking reasonable urban river management measures, providing reference for improving urban river water quality.
