Nowadays, the methods of main detection and evaluation of remaining oil based on cased well include neutron lifetime logging,the carbon oxygen logging, pulsed neutron neutron logging and casing resistivity logging. While in practice, water situation of adjacent wells as well as other information is needed to mainly calculate the water flooded layer so as to quantitatively determine the reservoir remaining oil saturation. Therefore, these methods have their limitations.Based on reference materials on methods of detection and evaluation of remaining oil, this thesis studies the applicability and limitation of these methods and presents a intelligent casing which can effectively overcome the limitation. The framework design of intelligent casing logging, the principles and methods of intelligent casing logging, and the framework design of well logging instrument of intelligent casing logging are introduced in detail with the focus on the simulation of intelligent casing well logging system based on COMSOL Multiphysics, stable current field theory, the analysis of distribution response in electric field of intelligent casing well logging system, and the measurement of the apparent formation resistivity. Eventually the superiority of intelligent casing well logging system is proved based on simulation experiment and important theoretical foundation is provided for further study on intelligent casing well logging system.
