Tibet Naruo copper ore deposit is at the southern edge of the plate body piece in Qiangtang Sanjiang composite and on the north side of Bangong Lake- Nujiang suture zone. It is the most important deposit of Duolong ore-concentrated area in Bangong Lake- Nujiang river metallogenic belt.The previous studies on the copper deposits mostly concentrated in metallogenic chronology, fluid inclusion bodies, ores, alteration, ore-forming elements, physical and chemical exploration abnormal and so on. There are few studies on geological features. And the geological characteristics of ore body are the core part of the geological characteristics. It is the most basic constraint for the mineralization, ore controlling structure, mineralization structure, ore deposit type and prospecting direction., and the important basis for further resolving the direction of exploration and increasing reserves.According to the field investigation, the structural frame, the deformation style assemblage, the ore controlling structure, understanding of structural plane system and the formation rule of the geological body, the author fully considers the restriction of the adjacent exploration engineering to the geological body circle, applies planar geometry and solid geometry,performs a stereoscopic analysis and statistical analysis of the geological features of ore body and mineralization body and Obtains the following understanding:(1) The Naruo ore body is located in the front belt of the northern fan of the nappe structure fan in Tiegelong Mountain. The deformation combination pattern is isoclinal- inclined fold thrust system formed by series ā€œZā€ subordinate fold.(2) The diagenesis and mineralization of Naruo copper deposits are controlled by the front belt fold system of the thrust structure. The surface of the ore-forming structure is a South dipping shaft joint and Shear joint between layers and layers.(3) The magma and ore-forming fluid tend to move from the deep of the north to the shallow of the south and have finger dart features in the shallow.(4) The diagenesis and mineralization occurred after deformation. The mineralization is later than magma emplacement. Rock mass and surrounding rock can be ore-hosting. Rock mass is not all rock mineralization.From the above understanding, it can be inferred that the genesis of the ore deposit in Naruo copper ore district is roughly hydrothermal deposit related to Shallow- Ultra- shallow middle acid porphyry. There is some prospecting potential in deep mining area. The edge of the cryptoexplosive breccias in the southwest has not been engineering controlled.
