Due to the large quantity of work,the difficult to maintain spatial topological relationship of changed parcels and the cricumstance of occuring logical relationship mistake easily,and so on,in the process of change and maintenance of cadastral data,it is very important to search a automatic semi-automatic and intelligent method for the maintenance of cadastral database.Based on a study of analyzing frequently-used topological relationship models,a model that can organise cadastral data scientificly and reasonably was assured.After analying types of space-time topology relationship models,a model that can express topology relationship of cadastral space-time data availably was chosen from them.Analyzing the circumstance of a single parcel,and meanwhile based on rules of linkage change,the change of associated entities caused by the single parcel was gained.Based on the existing classification of change type,the classification of cadastral alteration type cound be done following linkage rules.Finally,according to the correlation between changed parcels and associated database objects,the algorithm and code were desinged.And thus,it was the automatic judgment of the type of parcel change at the initial stage,the maintenance for attributes and topological relationship in the pocess of change and updating data of database in the stage of completion were achieved.The results of the research can provide reference value for automatic seti-automatic maintenance of parcel data change.The paper’s core results are as follows:(1) Analyzing advantages,disadvantages and sphere of application of varieties of spatial-temporal data model and topological relationship model,also combined with the characteristics of spatial and temporal data in parcel change,object-relational data model and method of WID3 were chosen for organising spatial-temporal data and judging topological relationship between parcels.(2) Researching the type of a single parcel entity change and rules of associated change,the type of parcel entity change and circumstance of associated change were described with the method of WID3;(3) Based on the subdivision method of parcel change type,a method named double-layer change type judgment was brought forward.Then the change of parcel was judged by this method above(4) By study of corresponding relation between parcel entities change and relevant objects of database, algorithm for database updating and vertification system were designed.
