In this thesis, the interaction of the charged particles with nanocapillaries and ultrathin membrane was studied:1. The transmission of negative ions through nanocapillaries was simulated by using Geant4. There are four surface processes:the image effect, Firsove scattering,...were included in the physical process in Geant4. The initial conditions of the incident ions and nanocapillaries were according to the experiments. The simulation results were consistent with the experiments.2. Charge exchange and energy loss of highly charged ions transmitted through the self support ultrathin monolayer carbon was measured. The ultrathin membrane used in the measurements is several molecular layers of carbon nanosheets (each layer has a thickness of 1.2 nm). The pre-equilibrium process was studied when the highly charged ions transmitting through the membrane, It shows that energy loss and charge exchange of highly charged ions is very small for the kinectic energy and charge state of the incident ions.
