| The industry structure is closely related to the regional development, it not only indicates the economic development level, but also impacts the speed and direction of economic development. The marine industrial structure is the key of marine economy, which could improve the competitiveness of the regional economy and stir its growth through the optimization of the industry structure. Fujian is a big marine province and the marine economy is an important part of the social economy. The marine economy has formed a certain scale, on the whole however, its development speed is relatively slow and is still in the traditional and crude mode. The marine industry structure is unreasonable which impedes its fast and efficient development.This paper mainly focuses on the optimization of marine industry structure and uses manifold methods to do the research. The author proposes the direction and goal of the optimization and give advices accordingly.The first chapter is the introduction which gives the background information, the meaning of the research, the frame and methods of the paper and reviews the related literature at home and abroad. The second chapter introduces the concept and classic theories about industry structure. The third chapter analyzes the condition and current situation the Fujian marine economy development. The authors holds the opinion that the current problems are the relatively hysteretic new marine economy, the insufficient Science and technology innovation ability, Inadequate exploitation of marine resources and the environmental problems.The fourth chapter analyzes the marine industry structure from two aspects. The study first introduces the trend of three marine industry structure and comes to the conclusion that the proportion of second marine industry is low; the paper then focuses on the inner structure of marine industry. The structure entropy indicator shows the degree of diversification of marine industry is relatively low and is not steady; the shift share model indicates the unreasonable proportion and weak competitiveness of some marine economy sector. Based on the location quotient, the fifth chapter determines the marine fishery, the marine engineering and marine chemical industry to be the competitive industries; through the grey relational analysis, the author chooses the marine fishery, the marine tourism and marine transportation to be the dominating industry. Based on the analysis and conclusion of the previous chapters, the sixth chapter confirms the goal of the industry optimization and proposes measures as the nursery of dominating marine industry, the transformation of traditional marine industry, and the expansion of emerging marine industries to enhance the marine industrial structure. The paper finally gives policies and advices. The seventh chapter is the conclusion of the paper and explain the limitations and prospects of the research. |
