The structure of the composite has the advantages of high strength, high specific stiffness and strong design, and has been widely used in the aviation industry, and the amount of the increasing trend is obvious. However, the structure of the composite material has poor impact resistance, and has the characteristics of strong impact damage, which makes the low speed impact easily lead to sudden structural damage, resulting in huge economic losses and casualties. So the stability of this material proposed higher requirements, based on the above reasons, the real-time monitoring, impact identification, impact damage assessment and other means to improve the security and reliability of structure has important practical significance. For the impact damage of composite still exist in many aspects for us to study.In view of the theme of composite impact, the research from the experimental and numerical two aspects of the composite structure impact monitoring and damage analysis to expand.Based on the structure and load characteristics of composite materials, the problem of signal processing method for structural health monitoring is analyzed.. The aim is to determine the characteristics of the stress wave signal generated during the impact by the method of signal processing. In practical engineering, the impact of the size, energy and material are important factors affecting the structural health monitoring. Therefore, this paper respectively analysis the effects of these factors on the impact quantitative identification in the time domain, frequency domain and time-frequency domain.Monitoring the structure of the structure by using the passive structure health monitoring equipment. The stress wave signal generated by the external impact is received by the sensor network which is arranged in the structure surface.. The writing algorithm is based on the similarity of load and structural response, and the load time history of the external impact load is studied.For the monitoring system, the external load information is difficult to obtain the damage of the structure, so the finite element simulation is the important tool for the research of the low speed impact damage. The based on the basic theories of composite laminates, using material subroutine interface VUMAT the composite of various damage analysis program, by ABAQUS to subroutine call subroutine damage in every analysis step on the unit of the judge, of damaged elements of the degraded, the ultimate success of the of a typical rock were simulated to verify the validity of the program, the program for health monitoring of further damage prediction and evaluation provides a reference.
